And currently under customs clearance. There is a delay in clearance. So I am stuck. Trying to contact them but they need my mobile number. And I don't have USA number. However used Skype to call them and spoke to Amazon representative and she said she will give me refund. Got email from Amazon too regarding the refund. But I don't see the activity of claiming refund on my order. Is that normal? I mean I have email from Amazon regarding refund of 100$ but on my gift card balance activity I don't see any pending refund claim. She told me I will receive in 1-2 business days. Let's see.
