Two of my shipments stuck with them, one from the 28th of March and the other from the 2nd of April. Both showing the same status: "Retention Reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". I'm at my wits end with this. Both of my current shipments were sent through AliExpress Standard Shipping through Singapore Post. Came directly to Kolkata... but now both facing the same hiccup. I have seen Kolkata Customs babus to particularly soil deals from AliExpress by attaching inane waiting times in clearing shipments. If my package gets sent through Hong Kong Mail then it first lands in Delhi and then gets sent to Kolkata in a day's time but then once Kolkata LCAO have it, the arduous delay starts. As i will be using the chair for my study as well. and Reclining couches will be too comfortable to work on with but will still check them out for the other room. Look for local chair manufacturers or local furniture stotes on justdial they will do a good job at a much better price. Go to them with the design. U dont want to have ordered a chair only to find that it is not supporting your neck properly. It is any day better to buy a chair for back pain offline as u can test it and see.
