With FK, you're stuck with their Tier 1 peeps or social media guys. And Amazon has a much better CC than FK. Granted, not as good as US UK, but better than FK. I recorded a unboxing of a SSD, only to find out if was used before. Granted Amazon replaced it without any issues, but you never know. The outside didn't have the seal, was taped using clear tape. the SSD was put back without any of those warranty info cards/ paper etc. If I didn't have to that recording and Amazon refused to replace it. I purchase the senheiiser bt 4.50 from appario retail last year and got a used pair with no packing , accessories etc. So it can happen irrespective of the seller.
