Also if you look outside im 100% sure you get better deals than amazon . I rely on amazon to buy only things i would'nt get in my city.

For many items, yeah. But the stuff I was looking for was cheaper on Amazon via 3rd party (and not available via 1st party).

Local shops were easily 1k+ costlier.

Looked at the ratings and comments for seller, and ordered. Thankfully, all good.

Hey Guys,

Please let me know if you come across any sale or good offers on Macbook Air M1, I am getting an exchange of 15k on my mid 2013 model on FK. Does Apple store provide exchange offers in India and can we stack them with Student offer or something?

You can get Airpods + 10K (Approx) discount if you buy the M1 through the UNIDAYS promotion. Teachers, students and their guardians can avail of this facility. I also plan on buying the M1 Air through the UNIDAYS promotion. It is the best deal one can get in India right now.

Kinda pricey considering the other options available. Also, just the White colour.

Google, y u do dis?

Yeah they priced it a little high. It would have been great around 7.5k which is what it costs in the USA. Also, One Plus is coming out with the pro buds which are rumored to cost around 9k and the new company by Carl Pei - 'Nothing', just launched their first ever product Ear(1) for 6k with ANC. They look cool and apparently are tuned by Teenage Engineering so should sound good too. Tough competition for Google to be honest.

That's Google being Google, as far as India is concerned.

Now, very few will buy these and then they will say "Our earbuds don't sell that well in India, so we won't be launching any of our future earbuds there."

Agreed. India is a very price sensitive market, Carl Pei knows that, they have knocked it out of the park with their new Nothing Ear(1) at just Rs. 5,999 and was available at launch with a Rs. 500 discount and exchange offers. In the western markets its $99 so they priced it lower here and it was sold out in under a min.

Bose QC 35 II or Sony WH-1000XM4

Best of the bunch but keep in mind if you are going to be using these (atleast the Sony's) with your work laptop which has a lot of restrictions for auto installation of drivers, the headset won't be recognised.

So make sure you can get around the restrictions.

Bose works right out of the box. Doesn't require the Bose Connect software to be installed on the Mac.

I didn't mean the software but the driver for the headset. For Sony, it's a hit or miss, saying by experience.

I meant I didn't have to install any external software/application/tool for my Mac to detect the Bose. Most of the times, the driver comes bundled with these connect applications if the native OS doesn't support it.

For Bose it might be different. I tried to connect my XM3s with my Windows work laptop and it straight out didn't let the headset work.

My laptop will soon be replaced by a Mac so I didn't put in the effort to go make the IT dept. add it in. Will check with Mac first.

I have XM3s and they worked with my laptop without any issues. Just went to the settings and selected the 'Add Bluetooth device' option.
