Xbox 360 Power Brick making loud noise

Hey Guys

 

I have an Xbox 360 which is about two years old now. But, recently my power brick has started making a constant whirring type of noise while playing.

Its not very loud when im sitting on the bed but when i come near the system, the noise is quite loud.

 

Also while on, the left side of the brick is a little hotter than the other side (which is cool).

 

Wanted to know if there is a problem or is it okay? If there is a problem, how do i go about fixing it
