WhiteWolf Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 I just learned that Activision recently filed a trademark application for what it calls: Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. The game giant announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 last week, which will be shown at this year's E3. It hasn't yet announced Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Could be Activision is just covering itself with potential names it wants to trademark for future use. That's not unusual. Activision did the same thing when it filed trademarks for names related to its games.
