How does your spouse feel about your gaming time? Honestly, speaking it makes no difference to her, on the contrary I work until 1-2 A.M at times reviewing drawings etc. and she encourages me to play, goes to the extent of offering to play Forza with me, I don't think anything bothers her much. 2. Does she think those gaming figurines would come in handy for the kids to play with? I don't have any now, had a lot as a kid, but some Guju mother thought it made sense to give it away to other kids in the family and damn I wanna break my nephews' face when I see him play with my Castle Grayskull. 3. And the money spent on this passion, how does she feel about it? She gets most of them, so I guess she feels good spending on the games. Megz questions v1 : 4. Do you encourage your wife to play some videogames with you? My wife needs no encouragement, she's gonna do anything and everything I do, Invited or not! So there are times when she joins in for few minutes, and then gets annoyed and gets back to doing whatever she is doing, or if I am playing a TPS (Uncharted etc.) she helps with any puzzle if I am stuck with, etc. 5. Would you be happy, surprised, thrilled or scared if your wife also became a member of IVG? Would be a nice break for her online away from celebrity Dirty laundry and Hollywood life etc. lol 6. Do you encourage your wife or share her passions say may be, Saas-Bahu serial, Or Romantic YRF movie Or Cricket, Or Bhartnatyam Dance Show etc..? I would if she wanted to but she does not watch any, I guess not knowing Hindi helps, but she does love Bollywood movies, esp. for the Songs, and keeps asking me where can I get any particular dress if she likes etc. Damn can't these women not change so many dresses in just one song? 7. How many hours in a week you devote to your Gaming? Depends on work but do try play about an hour each day 8. What are three things you wish your wife would understand about you and your connection with Gaming?[/font][/color] Really, she understands all, just wish she would not talk so much while i play! (jk) Megz questions v2 : 9. If you want one game to see your wife beat you in..Which one will that be? FORZA FORZA FORZA! I've promised to get her Hermes Berkin bag if she ever did it. 10. What changes after marriage?? As in, Me time, utilization of me time, you as a person All that changes is you have 24 x 7 company for all good and bad! Love it! 11. Would you like your kid(s) to be an avid gamer(s)? Sports first! 12. Have you ever planned a surprise gift/ party/ outing for your better half?? Yes every birthday, have also done crazy stuff like last year on a random day on way back home just booked tickets to London, called her and asked her to pack, and this was the plan, Land in London, and go wherever the mood says, and get back to India once we run out of cash or the card is over limit, was a blast took the Euro Star into Paris and off to Zurich etc. Best is every next destination hotels were being booked on the journey into that destination, need to do it again and longer and next time take her shopping on the last day only lol, and a lot of random days and have got her loads of shoes and bags, yes I do it all by myself, 2 weeks back in Austria, the shops close at 6 P.M and the next morning I leave for India, got back to the town by 5:45 P.M and believe me ran into the city centre and got her whatever I could! Seriously speaking a good partner and a marriage can be better than anything else in this world and if both have little or no ego any issue takes less than a minute to even sort with clear communication.
