Try objective based playlist or if you find someone to play with team doubles. I dont know if its still there but regicide was awesome too. Today, as part of the festivities of the Rooster Teeth Expo in Austin, Texas, Microsoft announced plans to release a new downloadable expansion for the Xbox 360 shooter. "Halo 4" just so happens to be Microsoft Studios' best-selling game of all time in the United States, after it recently surpassed "Halo 3" for sales during each game's respective launch year, according to the team. While "Halo 4" hasn't passed the total unit sales of "Halo 3" - it has only been out for under a year whereas "Halo 3" has been out for almost six years - it does make the most recent Halo title the "best-selling" game for a single year from Microsoft Studios. Today 343 Industries and Certain Affinity came together at RTX to host their panel “What’s Next: Halo 4 Summer 2013″ where they announced Bullseye Map Pack. The “Halo 4” Champions bundle — the fourth major expansion in the “Halo” Infinity Multiplayer1 experience —launches on Aug. 20 for 800 Microsoft Points2 on Xbox Live1. Developed by 343 Industries in collaboration with Certain Affinity, the Champions Bundle delivers three DLC packs (Steel Skin Pack, Bullseye Pack and Infinity Armor Pack) and bonus content, which includes more than 18 new, in-game items that are exclusive to the bundle for a limited time. Each of the three DLC packs in the Champions bundle will also be available as standalone purchases on launch day. The Bullseye Pack will be available for 480 MS Points2 and the Infinity Armor Pack and Steel Skin Pack will be available for 240 MS Points2 each. The second map named Vertigo, a medium sized map which includes a deadly central point that can change up gameplay. - Ricochet The pack includes a new Ricochet Armor set, and along with the new maps, 343 are introducing new gametypes. One specifically named Ricochet where teams fight over a ball where they will be able to throw the ball to the destination point or run into it. Pretty much like Slayer, Oddball and Basketball mashup 343 Industries have really listened to community on this one, bringing back the Mark V (Iconic Caboose helmet) and ODST armor. After much iteration, discussion and playtesting, we’re excited to announce that it is (almost!) here and (almost!) ready for your enjoyment. Legendary Slayer is a variant that focuses on basic gameplay with only one loadout, on-map weapons and motion tracker enabled. Here are the key settings: 4 vs. 4 Slayer Default starting weapon (Assault Rifle) No armor abilities Motion Tracker enabled All weapons and grenades located on map (no initial, random or personal ordnance) The singular loadout is: Starting weapon: Assault Rifle Secondary weapon: None Armor ability: None Grenades: Frag x2 Support upgrade: Explosives Tactical package: Resupply We’re excited to deliver a brand-new experience to Halo 4 Matchmaking that will focus on even starting weapons and map control, with players fighting to gain control of all rifles, power weapons and each map’s power positions. The Legendary Slayer playlist launches Monday, July 15, on the following maps, which have been custom-created specifically for this playlist: Haven Solace Adrift Abandon Landfall Monolith Skyline Shutout As always, we’ll keep a close eye on community feedback and Matchmaking statistics for this playlist and are very excited to play with you! Lastly, Crimson DLC will be replacing Majestic DLC as our featured DLC playlist. It's going up against the likes of HBO's The Newsroom and CBS'Elementary for this year's Main Title Design honor.The Main Title Design category rewards work that goes into title sequences, so we should doff our cap towards German 3D animator Polynoid, who collaborated with Halo 4 dev 343 industries on the intros for the five Forward Unto Dawn episodes.Machinima and Microsoft first released the series on YouTube last year, leading into the launch of Halo 4, before bringing it to Blu-ray and Netflix. If you've not seen it and you've got 90 or so minutes to spare, we'd say it's worth the watch, and not just for the titles.
