Keighley questioned him on the status of Agent's development and Tretton said it's still in development and they're working with Rockstar but he couldn't say whether it was exclusive anymore and seemed to want to move on so I doubt they still have exclusivity. Sony is not the publisher, they don't have any right on this game..I don't think Rockstar will ignore 50 million plus Xbox install base. Just check the sales of GTA 4,RDR,& LA Noire ..All these game sold more copies on 360 worldwide. LA Noire is on 3 disc still outselling PS3 version....lol Now even WII HD console is out.... Sony/MS need R* more than, R* needs them. 20m$ is nothing, R* had 100m$ budget for GTA4 and you must know how well it has sold. Both platform owners would have easily made 30-40m$ from royalties itself.
