ALPHA17
Don't agree at all with you Sennheiser's are miles ahead of Siberia in SQ Do not go by the overall brand Sennheiser, the G4ME ONE are over-priced for what you get. I have had the luxury to use them and they are not worth what you spend on them. And there are plenty of other, lesser known brands, OEM's (Chinese) that can give more expensive branded options a run for their money. Well, Skull Candy looks good - but far better options in that price range for Sound Quality. This I can agree on. But SkullCandy to their credit have some of the best return policies as far as I have heard.
harjas
Sennheiser RS 170 and RS 180 fits your budget. Although all wireless products are just for cheap show-off. Any reason why you want it over wired? lot of wires already near the PC Do not go by the overall brand Sennheiser, the G4ME ONE are over-priced for what you get. Ethan Hunt
Look brilliant. Still maybe a better option is to buy AD-700 and buy a seperate in-line mic.

Heaven Angel
Well, if you have decided to go with attached mic, go for ATH-AG1. It has closed back.
Ethan Hunt
Well, if you have decided to go with attached mic, go for ATH-AG1. It has closed back. Open-Back would be much better in SQ - only reason for Closed back would be if you want to use it outside or in an environment where others around you might get disturbed. Heaven Angel
PCM - Player decodes. Mostly used in CD audio and most other uncompressed digital audio formats. RAW audio.Bitstream - Receiver decodes. Compressed digital audio. DTS vs DD - The DTS is less compressed. DD transmits at 684kbps while DTS transmits at 1,500kbps. So, which one is better? LPCM through HDMI > DTS > DD.
ALPHA17
But what to use with 7.1 gold headset LPCM or DD. With speakers on the T.V. it does not matter because they are not of any merit.
ox-
Was looking to buy these (college is starting soon and these include a pouch ) SOUND MAGIC ES-18 http://www.flipkart.com/sound-magic-es-18-headphone/p/itmd8dggvtjvyyek?pid=ACCD8DGGXSGTD6CM ► ₹578/- http://www.snapdeal.com/product/soundmagic-es18-red--black/61623 ► ₹499/- Turns out there are no service centers in India and Flipkart and Snapdeal are not registered as authorized dealers/re-sellers on Sound-magic website. So basically if the headphone stops working after the initial 10-days, i'm screwed?
