Â You do remember Gus' men walking out of Walt's home through the backyard. They could've planted the pot(w/ the plants name) in order to frame Walt. Â A scriptwriter would think twice about twisting Walt's character for the next season, but a plot twist like Gus' posthumous trumpcard to frame Walt would make more sense than the former. Maybe Walt knew that the poison would not be fatal but just seem so. Anyways one could guess it on the rooftop itself that walt did it.   I was thinking that this season would suck but now i think it's the best season. In the scene where Walt is spinning the gun in the last episode,the gun ends up pointing towards the plant in his third attempt,which is a clear indicator that Walt devised the plot to poison the kid.With his knowledge of poisons,he would have known the appropriate dose which would not be lethal.Also the plant is very common in New Mexico which hardly implicates Walt on the basis of the flower-pot in his backyard.
