If not I would rather just leave it. Â Watch the prequel now (Gods of the Arena), then watch the second season. I personally preferred GOTA because it introduced Gannicus, gladiator extraordinaire. Â Also now that the show is done trying to impress twelve year olds, they've really progressed the plot nicely. The cheesy gore and excessive nudity still persist though. If not I would rather just leave it. Â Aughhh, 4 episodes in and I'm not liking it so far .... it feels like a stretch of season 1 .... I was a bit disappointed by the new Spartacus..(pretty Gay) but Gaynekus and Crixus makes the show go on well enough. Awesome story as always and great fight sequence. Don't miss it.
