Genuine sci fi show that started recently on BBC America. edit - given what I know about the show now, I'd suggest just watching it blindly without reading up on it. I think it's a decent show. The actual premise is not original at all (I still don't think I should spoil it) but the thing I like is that it's still handled deftly. If you've played Deus Ex Human Revolution, you'll find some familiar concepts from the game are present in the show (human augmentation, directed evolution, religion etc.). The show isn't just about entertainment or drama... it actually does deal with science fiction concepts like you find in actual sci fi novels. It's from BBC America so you know the production quality to expect. Maybe I'm overselling it but it's just a 10 episode season (7 episodes have aired so far) and it has been renewed for season 2, so I think it's worth checking out. Here's the synopsis if you want to read it anyway - Sarah (Tatiana Maslany), a British orphan now living in America, witnesses the suicide of a woman named Beth, who looks exactly like her. Assuming Beth's identity brings Sarah a new apartment, a nice boyfriend, and trouble that includes a deadly conspiracy. On the other hand ...y am I still watching supernatural ...that season finale Anyhow can't wait for Monday for another episode of GoT Also I wanna watch the mentalist....does it get boring after a few seasons?? 'Zombieland' pilot dead at Amazon, fans 'hated it out of existence' I'll never understand the vehement hate the pilot received from die-hard Zombieland fans.
