Heaven Angel
^Yea, CW show. By the way, show is about vampires/werewolves/witches, etc. So, if you are not into that stuff, you won't like it. _ Is anyone watching The Blacklist? If so, please post your views on finale on Monday. "Monday's fall finale will turn everything upside down."
phreak
I find shows like "True blood" timepass if that counts
dylanjosh
So I started Twin Peaks. Saw 2 episodes. Liking it so far. Nice characters, kind of quirky. I like how 'subdued' it feels.

"Monday's fall finale will turn everything upside down." I watched the first 3-4 episodes of Blacklist because Spader dammit but I lost interest. Is it worth watching? djnairrocks
An update - There is a streaming Service called OGLE (similar to Netflix through which you will have access to almost all the favourite shows... And this is only streaming where in you can login to one particular app of theirs and stream in in your laptop. This works at almost all the speeds with various Resolutions available.. THis is currently in beta testing phase. this would be launching soon . It has a subscription charge of 500 per month however you have access to all shows almost as soon as the US show is aired. piper
^ the servers have been down for more than 2 days now. pretty shitty start so far I just paid the subscription fees, let's see how it goes. Otherwise one might just opt for Netflix/Hulu type subscription and use Hola for bypassing region restriction. And those services allow family sharing too. Teething problems. There's a few people including Sam and Tanssem using their service, and fairly pleased with it.
Walker
I almost subbed on Saturday. Lets see I'll prolly give it a try this week. Anyway it's just launched and these problems are to be expected. Tanssem says its really good tho even on a 512k connection. Heaven Angel
Tanssem says its really good tho even on a 512k connection. Guess, it's 480p? Because streaming completely depends on quality. You can't stream 720p/1080p without buffering on a 512k connection. I watched the first 3-4 episodes of Blacklist because Spader dammit but I lost interest. Is it worth watching? It's not worth watching. Walker
It completely depends on quality. I don't think you can stream HD-bluray without buffering on a 512k connection. Yeah I remember he did say that you can select the stream settings depending on the connection. It's good for times when you're out of FUP. I'd be more than happy even if its 480p (now on 1mbps after fup) I remember when i had 512 post fup i couldnt even stream 360p vids on youtube without buffering. So considering that, 480p on 512 is more than excellent. Teething problems. There's a few people including Sam and Tanssem using their service, and fairly pleased with it. Yeah heard rave reviews from Tanssem. But are either of them hardcore tv watchers like many of us here? - Plan to watch Blacklist, The Originals etc on Ogle. Just activate the service darnit
phreak
Wouldn't it be awesome if they implement indian tv also in ogle? (atleast english gec, main news and sports channel) I can finally dump that shitty d2h box. and stream on my 42inc tv directly via plex

And yea, I am hardcore tv show fanatic too just don't discuss much over here at the forum 4-5 TB of stuff should vouch for it
Monokuma
Just to point out, the subscription fee is only of the second month, the first month is completely free. You can choose to have the subscription fee refunded if you are not satisfied with the service and do not want to continue to the second month. The subscription fee is held by PayUMoney and is not released to Ogle until you initiate it. So basically all of you can try out the service for free. Although I really want Ogle to succeed but would totally discontinue if the streaming is bad, latest shows not on-time wrt U.S listings/airing, servers acting sh*t like now etc and will sub again after few months when their service is more stable Yet another thing we agree on. This cant be real. Edited November 10, 2014 by PHRiCK
