Heaven Angel Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 More crap incoming: Syfy and Warner Horizon Television have teamed for Krypton, a one-hour drama about Superman’s grandfather set at the fictional planet.Years before the Superman became a superhero, the House of El was shamed and ostracized. This series follows The Man of Steel’s grandfather as he brings hope and equality to Krypton, turning a planet in disarray into one worthy of giving birth to the greatest Super Hero ever known. The planet was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and fist featured in a 1938 DC comic.Krypton, now in development, is being executive produced by David S. Goyer (Constantine) and Ian Goldberg (Once Upon A Time). Goldberg is writing the pilot teleplay based on a story conceived by Goyer & Goldberg.Krypton joins another Warner Bros/DC drama project from the same mythology, Supergirl, which is in development at CBS. The planet also was referenced in the studio’s Superman origin series Smallville.In addition to Krypton and Supergirl, WBTV has two other dramas in development that are based on DC properties, Lucifer and Global Frequency at Fox, as well as pilot Titans at TNT. They are part of a push by the studio, which has five DC series on the air, Gotham at Fox, Constantine at NBC as well as Arrow, The Flash and the upcoming iZombie at the CW. Also dont suggest animated tv shows cause i have been watching a lot of south park lately and i just want a break from animated stuff for a while. I have seen like 2-3 season of modern family, 1 season of arrested development and community. So, Reverse-Flash is the future version of Eddie Thawne? During that last scene. I just hope the conflict between Flash and Eddie is not over Iris. It'll be so CW.
