The answer didn't solve my question, if they told me this, maybe it would have solved my question, Yes Sir, What you have heard is absolutely Correct...we have one of the worst hardware in next gen consoling...you will be pleased to know of all the three Xbox we ship atleast one(usually 2) come back to us within a month.... We Sincedrely hope that the heat level sometime Xbox produces you will use it to cook omlette or maybe boil milk(we had to make a multi purpose console you see).... Asfar as it goes you need to Pay to access XBL(provided your console is the lucky one out of 3) and if all goes well then you can maybe keep your collection for a long time if he drive in your hardware does not produce any more scractches.... My personal advise to you will be a PS3 for all the obvious reason(i have one myself; make sure u play uncharted or resistance? nice games. totally PAWNS Halo3!!)....
