WhiteWolf
Epic games have released a new image indicating what developers can achieve with Unreal Engine 3 on current gen hardware. The shear detail visible in this screenshot is enough to blow anyone’s mind. The details on each blade of grass are ever apparent, along with the shape and curvature of the rock in the foreground. What seems to capture the most detail, however, is the rest of the open field and the mountains in the background. http://greatgamingcrusade.com/2011/06/28/check-out-the-new-foliage-system-for-unreal-engine-3/

Thanos
Another reason why I wont buy a new console or upgrade my PC for a long long time.. If developers think they can code without optimization then even the most high end system will not suffice. On the other hand, optimized code will outlast hardware changes.
