prakhar
I feel the distance between your ps3 and wifi router is a lot since both are on diff floors and there are different and many obstructions in the wifi. Like doors, walls, window, etc. Afaik chancing the router won't change a thing since it will face the same obstructions. So my advice will be to place the router and ps3 on near by or buy another internet connection and wifi router and place it on the same floor. i_rock098
IMO a powerful router might just do. A guy in my building at the top floor has such a strong router that i get its signal down at the ground floor.
prakhar
My Netgear router is kept about 50 feet away from my ps3. Both are kept on same floor. I get signal strength of around 55-65 % most of the time on ps3. But on laptop it increases to 85-95%.
Bird Bird Bird
Why don't you get a signal repeater ?
Sackboy
I knw u r a whiz at computers, but I was just trying to help. np bro appreciate it Fatty , where can I get one ? So a linksys router won't be better than TP Link ? My TP Link is certainly better than the beetle one I have .
