Shantz
BTW, some stats of how much this guy lost because of this ego of his: there have been around 7500 views of my blog post till now about this warranty thing.. Even if 0.1% of them were potential ITWares customers which won't buy from him anymore, that's 7 customers lost. If they wanted to buy just 500 rupees stuff from him, it amounts to a loss of ~3500 rupees. 10 times more than the 300 he wanted to save has been lost in just 10 hours..And this is a very conservative estimate.. We haven't even considered the various folks on different forums who read about it, lot of whom would have bought much more expensive things and many of them could have been repeat customers.. HundredProofSam
Speaking of Amarbir, I just ordered a pair of PL50s from the Lynx website. Everything went quite smoothly. Product was delivered within a few days. No problem.
godspeed4476
just checked the thread, sad you have to go through with all ths jeri, but you and shantz have done a terrific job of kicking that guy in the balls. just googled his name and all i can see is threads created by jeri at different forums, the guy will end up loosing so many customers just because of his stupid 'warranty policy' if we can actually call it that

El Tigre Chino
Downgrading a product in warranty is retarded. I got bumped up to a 9800GT and then a 250GTS when my 8800Gt failed and Xfx had stopped production. Good going guys.
godspeed4476
Setup a troll bait for him , sent an inquiry for the rechargeable batteries he is selling, after exchanging a few more queries , will back out citing the scam thread and later send him this I know its kind of wrong in a way but what the heck, the guy deserves a little trolling

m-JeRi
Issue not yet resolved @staff.. This guy might PM you saying to delete this thread. I leave it upto you for that decision. playstation
@shantz, it was very nice of you....you seriously did a good thing......repped. @jeri, i know more than money ...it is the way you treated feels bad at times.....it was nice of you too...to bring this to awareness..... btw ..usually when your things stop working and it is within warranty you ask the company that manufactures to directly get it replaced or repaired so i dont see even if Itwares does want to do it for u ...as long as u have the bill u can get it done directly also...
