WhiteWolf Posted July 17, 2011 Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 Technology company AMD, who supplied the graphics hardware for the Xbox 360, claims that the next Xbox will be capable of the level of graphical detail seen in James Cameron's movie Avatar. Even on PC, that kind of technology just isn't here yet, but AMD claims the Xbox 720 will launch with it. While AMD would not confirm they were actually working on the 360's successor, director of ISV relationships at AMD, Neal Robison, stated that gamers have a lot to excited about. playstation Posted July 17, 2011 Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 Electronics items ki koi gurantee nahi hoti mera ps2 abhi tak chal reha hai....i know warranty will get over in 1 year but they dont need to think of oh lets put this graphics card in the system...it will pack serious punch...will give amazing avatar like graphics.....and not realize how much heat it will produce and how stable it will be....do some rigorous test ...enough to make sure that system lasts for 4-5 years...comeon man...these are expensive stuff...Rs 20k-RS 25k...it was launched here for Rs 40k...people still bought it....how would they feel if it stopped working after a year or two...ps3 is the most expensive electronic item in my house...ofcourse it would pc(but since they made of different components and many have abt 3-5 years warranty..) MS really needs to do some rigorous testing before launching the console in the market.This time even a 3year rrod warranty wont help them if they dish out a POS hardware. And MS service after sales is top notch . When u r console got RROD , u just have to call Service center and new console was with u in 5 days at max . Much lesser in metros Sure MS f**ked up the hardware at the launch but they did provide excellent service afterwards . Win Win situation for both . Buying a console and getting warranty for 3 years was very good .
