I had been to one of the RAW shows in Texas...I wasnt very close to the ring but I surely could see that it just wasnt real....

i went to RAW when it came to India in 2002 (MMRDA Grounds)

Yeah they showed how each and every move is done without causing much harm to the opponent. And how fighting sounds are made by stomping on the canvas and amplified by microphones beneath it.

yeah but still one cant say its 100% safe, there are still landings on a hard-ish surface, chances of botching a move causing big injuries and then those jeff hardy-esq daredevilry.

Also, to those who think its easy just to blade yourself, it can cause some pretty big complications. mostly if done by inexperienced wrestlers, search "mass transit incident ecw" if anyone is interested. The best bleeder ever imo was ric flair. he used to bleed via a chop to his moobs in his twilight wwe days :O

^^Yeah. Even though some parts are blatantly faked, like someone else said you cant fake gravity. A lot of that stuff REALLY hurts. I mean there isnt any right way to fall onto a bunch of thumbtacks.

BTW if anyone is interested Mick Foley (Mankind) book Have a nice day is an excellent read about Wrestling, lots of insider stuff plus he has a keen sense of humor. Also that guys is a proper f**king legend.

All these videos remind me about how much I would wait for every RAW and Smack Down show to air...good old days...Kurt Angle, Brock Lesner, Goldberg, Steve Austin, The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, HHH, Edie Gurerro, and many more...awww....what amazing performers...its not the same now...not so much intense anymore...

Did anyone see the first blood match between Tara and Daffny this past Tuesday on TNA (Indian broadcast) ? It was really brutal with both of them starting things backstage and then taking it all the way to the commentator's table, etc. I have never seen such hardcore female wrestling in WWE. I mean has anyone seen a first blood match between 2 divas :O ? BTW, the 'Beautiful People' ( a female faction in TNA) and Chelsea look hot :good: !

Also, I was impressed with the 6 man steel cage tag match involving 'The Band' (Nash, Hall, Syxx pac) who took on RVD, Hardy and Young. I really feel happy watching TNA these days because it is so similar to the attitude era. Just feel that TNA is still pretty under-rated as hardly anyone here watches it :(
