Nemo
so true there. wwe has gone seriously PG. i mean NXT !! really vince ?? while i do enjoy occasional X division matches, mr kennedy/anderson, christopher daniels, pope etc are fun to watch; its evident that all the wwe/f oldies are playing the main event that that makes it so boring. been over a decade i have been seeing nash haul his slow lanky a*s around the ring
Man In The Box
he climbed a ladder and jumped to a guy on a table that was lying onthe same plane as the ladder, ie small vertical distance. only difference was that both the ladder and the table were up top a cage. now had jeff jumped from the ladder to a guy on a table that was below the cage, packing some impressive vertical height, THEN it wud have been 'holywtfbbqomg' kinda move. this was just lame, he did far better stunts in his hardy boyz days. Well I thought it was a pretty good move and so did many others. And if he would have jumped from a ladder on top of the cage to a person on a table below the cage, we could have said to Jeff Hardy! Those moves are not at all easy to perform and the height gained from climbing up on a ladder + keeping the balance of the ladder when it's on the cage ... it isn't easy at all. I still believe not many superstars today can perform such a move. @Phoenix Wright : I used to disllike TNA around a year back but I randomly watched a show 3-4 months back and it was good. Hence I started following it. TNA has been getting better by the day and it will still take time to become the number 1 company but it seems to be on the right track. As for well Nash, Hall, etc ... well they are nowhere at the helm of the TNA and Hogan and Bischoff are doing a good job at being the co-managers. AJ Styles, Abyss and Pope are the ones who were associated with the main-event for the past 2-3 months and none of them have ever been in the WWE. @ Nemo : Well AJ Styles beat Kurt Angle in a PPV to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, so I don't think they are making the TNA superstars job to the old WWE guys. Well, The Pope worked in the WWE as Elijah Burke. Not that he was a big star there, but he did work there. And have you seen AJ Styles job his Heavyweight title to RVD? He didn't even cover him properly. This really made AJ look bad. I am as big a TNA fan as one can get. but even I find it hard to watch their shows as religiously as I did before. Firing Bubba 'The sh*t' Sponge was a step in the right direction. Now they seriously need to fire The Band & Orlando Jordan, make their stories consistent(e.g., the reason of Sting's heel turn, Samoa joe's abduction, etc.), and push the right stars in the right direction. AJ Styles should not be a clown of Ric Flair, and Ric Flair doesn't need to bleed every week, that HOF ring storyline should be abandoned, etc.

Man In The Box
TNA moves back to Thursday Nights Well the ratings for the April 26 edition of Impact was as low as 0.5 and their ratings have always been much lower when compared with RAW. Hence I believe this move has been taken to minimise the losses faced by the company and by Spike. However, I do think that they should have stuck to Monday nights for atleast 1 more month. They can't expect to beat a huge brand like RAW in such a short time. Edited May 4, 2010 by Avishkar
Pushy
that is one sucky move i saw that a couple of days ago on tv and that is nothing to be :O and about. firstly that is NOT a swanton. hardy just fell belly first on the table. not impressive. and secondly how was that any different from a normal body splash from a ladder he climbed a ladder and jumped to a guy on a table that was lying onthe same plane as the ladder, ie small vertical distance. only difference was that both the ladder and the table were up top a cage. now had jeff jumped from the ladder to a guy on a table that was below the cage, packing some impressive vertical height, THEN it wud have been 'holywtfbbqomg' kinda move. this was just lame, he did far better stunts in his hardy boyz days. and he is back to tna ?? +

Aftrunner
I was watching that Beyond the mat docu thingy the other day and man, The Rock is an a**hole. Nemo
a**hole ? how ? do you mean that I QUIT match with chair shots and his family as a witness ? Edited June 5, 2010 by Nemo
Aftrunner
Yeah, the plan was that he was supposed to hit him 5 times but ended up hitting him 11 times for no good reason. Most of the shots werent well placed either, just brutal smacks. Towards the end Mick was turning away cause he couldnt take any more shots and Rock still landed one on the back of his head. Didnt even come to check on him post match. What a jerk.
Nemo
whoa !! i thought he and mic are buds, ok, not the sharing underwear like close but still pretty tight. have to watch this docu now. but that is a pretty jerkish move by rock right there. Aftrunner
Yeah Mick says he doesnt get along with him so much anymore. Docu is on youtube BTW. Well worth the watch. Terry funk and Jake the Snake segments are very cool. Infact Jake the Snake segment is very reminiscent of The Wrestler.

Aftrunner
Nope. Mick had to go and find him after he was all fixed up. But thats not the bad part. That would just make him an inconsiderate jerk. The sick part was that he was willing to hammer (dangerously) a guy who was handcuffed and totally dependent on him for a career boost. Cause thats what it was all about for him. He was still new then and after the match he took off. He became HUGE. The match kinda made him. He took a chance on Foley's health to purely make the match bigger. He knew no one would remember 4-5 shots to the head, it had to be something that pushed it further. Watch the docu I linked. Look the gash on Foley's head. It was revolting. Snake
Maybe The Rock was new and didnt have experience as Mick said, so thats why he didnt know how to space the chair shots, but still turning 5 chairshots to 11...... Rock. Also i was talking abt some other match and not this in particular....
