Boremania. How can anyone ruin Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and Luke harper like this? Lol. Wrestlemania main event is going to be such a damn snoozefest I just hope Seth Rollins cashes in MITB. Then there is older Taker(???) vs Bray and mute sting vs hhh( whose lost in the last 5 manias). No match has any credibility. Look what happened to the 1st ever Andre the giant battle royal winner! and then there is super Cena,........men. Worst time to be a wwe fan!!!

I have been regularly watching WWE since 2008.I used to watch before that as well but not as often and its pretty easy to conclude for me that Wrestlemania 31 has had the weakest /worst buildup ever with WM27 following closely.

This wrestlemania is going to be the fall of Vince McMahon's WWE and the rise of HHH's WWE. Can't wait for it to happen. The first thing HHH has promised is to bring back 2 hour Raw's!!!!!

Perro Aguayo Jr.(son of lucha libre legend Perro Aguayo) died immediately after a match. He had previously worked in both AAA and CMLL.

Pro wrestler Perro Aguayo Jr., aka El Hijo del Perro Aguayo (real name Pedro Aguayo Ramirez) sadly passed away earlier this morning (March 21). He died after as a result of injuries he sustained in a match at a CRASH event in Tijuana, Mexico on Friday (March 20). Aguayo was 35 years old.[/size]

The match was headlined by Aguayo and TNA’s Manik against Rey Mysterio and Extreme Triger (Tigre Uno in TNA). His death was reportedly caused by cervical spine trauma due to a blow to the head after an apparent kick by Mysterio to set up his 619 move. Aguayo is said to have struck his head on the ropes badly while he was going down to get into position to take the move.

Video of the match reportedly shows the aftermath of the spot. Aguayo looks to be in position to take the 619 from Mysterio. Manik moves to escape, but Aguayo does not. The other wrestlers then began to improvise as the referee began to check on Aguayo, who was not moving. Extreme Tiger executes a dive to the outside on Manik while Konnan and Mysterio look to check on Aguayo. Konnan reportedly tried to rouse Aguayo, while Mysterio did a 619 on Manik right next to them. Mysterio then hit a splash off the top rope to score the pin, and Konnan signals that something is not right.

Aguayo was taken from the Municipal Auditorium to Del Prado Hospital by paramedics after he was treated. He was reportedly pronounced dead at 1AM.

AAA released the following statement today on his passing:

“The grief overwhelms our hearts. Rest in peace, El Hijo del Perro Aguayo.”

Following his passing, TJ Perkins/Manik posted the following tweets on Aguayo.

PWInsider has updated its report with a description of a video of the match that has surfaced online with a better description of what possibly led to Aguayo’s passing. Keep in mind, this is all speculation based on someone’s viewing of the match in question. You can read the account of the match below:

“All four men are battling in the ring when Aguayo is nailed with a missile dropkick. He takes a bump that results in him flopping over and landing on his stomach. He returns to his feet and takes a head scissors from Mysterio, bumping outside to the floor, twisting his body while running to take the move and go through the ropes. Aguayo lands on the outside and returns to the ring and is dropkicked, resulting in him landing against the ropes in the traditional position to take the 619. It appears Aguayo may have suffered a spinal trauma while taking the bump to the outside of the ring, not realized it (possibly due to the adrenaline of performing) and worsened the injury taking the dropkick after he returned to the ring. Once he hits the ropes, Aguayo is completely out and it appears that since he landed in the normal position to take the 619, that greatly added to the confusion as initially one would think he was just selling.”

A second video, shot right in front of the scene, shows EMTS arguing over the best way to transport Aguayo to the ambulance. There will obviously be talk about whether the EMTs came to the ring soon enough and whether that delay was a factor, but that will be a conversation for another day.

Aguayo was rushed to the hospital, but nothing could be done. His passing was announced about 1 AM Pacific, 4 AM Eastern by the local media.

For anyone frustrated with WWE(or with just enough time to follow another show), you gotta wake up and watch last week's Impact. Posting dailymotion links here. I had been busy with stuff for a while and finally caught up with the last three weeks of TNA, and last week was everything that made me got into wrestling. It's surprising how well TNA are improvising after their recent "losses". This was the kind of show that really creates an emotional connection with the wrestlers. No wonder Jim Ross went out of his way to praise this show and there have been other people recommending TNA since then. Just give them a try again.

Will this year's Wrestlemania have big moments like last year's? I mean it's going to be tough to have something as big as Lesnar pinning The Undertaker and Bryan winning the Undisputed Championship.

I doubt anyone is going to cheer Reigns's or Cena's win.Bryan is going to win the IC title for sure but its hardly going to be a Wrestlemania moment. Sting beating HHH could get some good pops from the crowd but again hardly a Wrestlemania moment. Rollins beating Orton? Not really because he has already beat Orton and this is not the first time they will be facing each other. Wyatt vs Taker is sure to have some memorable spots but since Taker is sure to win, its not going to be very memorable unless Sting attacks Taker after the match and sets up one year in the making Taker vs Sting at WM32.
