I disliked the highly arcade like shooting in MW2. the guns had no weight, u cud spin like a freaking lattoo on steroids and above all the total forced dependence on iron sights. hell mw2 was one shooter i really really hated playing. Bad company 2 was better as the guns had some weighty feel to them. best think i liked about kz2 was no dependence on iron sights. hip firing feels more natural to me. also the good realistic weight of the guns. kz2 was the first online shooter i played and got an instant liking to its heavier, slower and hip firing based gunplay. maybe if i had played a cod game online earlier (had a modded ps2 and a modded 360 before getting a ps3 last year) my preferences would have been different, but as of now, i am glad how it turned out for me. kz2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you look at it everyone here is saying the sp is bland and average at best, how is that over-rated? Where KZ2 shines is the MP or more specifically the clan matches. Yep, TF2 and Halo are awesome and I can say TF2/Halo Matchmaking games > KZ2 ones. But they don't have a clan system as good as KZ2. I agree that its 100% playable & you don't feel handicapped by lag in KZ2 cause of its awesome lag compensation. But I'll stress that its the same case in BC2 too...the hit detection is client side instead of server side. Your shots register regardless of how long they take, neither do you have to lead your targets (just like KZ2)...just make the bullet hit the body & its gonna register you a hit for sure. But if you are dead then the game just deletes your "bullet" (means you can't have a kill & get killed scenario..like you do in KZ2) Yep, TF2 and Halo are awesome and I can say TF2/Halo Matchmaking games > KZ2 ones. TF2 doesn't has any matchmaking...well kind of, if you only count the real TF2 ie. the PC ver. Console ver. isn't even fraction of the actual TF2 experience. They are stationery at their places and doing nothing. Even no objective is being shown on the list. I have even pressed the D-pad Up button, but nothing is happening. Played two matches as Helghast and enjoyed it .... . my first match and got 1.17 KILL RATIO... ... .....
