piper Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 bump Hi Everyone i have a ps3 160 gb and a sdtv ... i have everything connected to my home invertor but its doesnt manage to keep the ps3 on as its response time is very slow so am thinking of getting a ups just for to backup the ps3 only as sdtv doesnt restart on light cut ... i just need backup for maximum 2 second ... so should i get a ups ! Sorry for bumping old thread.. Inverter is not good for PC/PS3 (speaking from personal experience, there is usually a second or two where the power disappears before coming back on). Best deal is to have a UPS for the PS3 and TV connected directly to inverter. And you should power the UPS via inverter because UPS alone will give only a few minutes of backup.
