Leopard vs Village

This is lame. Our Indian forest officials are full of sh*t. They don't give a sh*t about the animal that is getting extinct nor do they give sh*t about idiots who they recruit (I am referring to the Tiger here.)

IIRC the leopards population in India has increased a lot during the past few years. That's the reason they venture into villages looking for easy sources of food (stray dogs, chickens, cattle).

Are you f**king serious? That leopard is chowing down on a human being FFS. That thing was running lose in a village full of people, what if it had mauled a child? I am surprised they didnt shoot it with real bullets from the get go instead of using tranqs, knives and batons.

I f**king hate knee jerk bullshit like this. People who have no idea how tranqs work, how long they take to knock something out, have never been in a situation like that coming out and trying to be all pro wildlife.

this is shameful. who the f**k recruits these kind of f**ktards?

Y U NOE HAVE WILDLIFE CONTROL LIKE THE WEST? :(

Somebody figured they would concentrate on things like education - which seems to be a failed effort after seeing the grammar and punctuation in the above sentence.

Or the villagers... anyway its easier said than done in such a situation.

I don't know where this incident took place , but apart from the food, if there is a heavy rainfall and flood like scenarios in jungle areas, the wild animals start venturing out. Happens a lot in our native place, after heavy rains we see jackals and hyneas coming out.
