Tyler
@V pardon me, but I don't respect your opinion of Mass Effect anyway... I remember you saying that the game was about "shooting mushrooms"... wtf?? I hardly shot like two of those floaty things on Eden Prime (and that was a part of the tutorial!) before the Geth started showing up.
vinitwins
^ that was a first impression that we (not me singularly) had posted when the game was initially leaked on the net - and go through the mass effect thread - i've mellowed down my opinion about the game since then (i finished 2 planets from the main quest before commenting on the game again) - i like the immersive setting (most sci-fi fans will), felt a strong association with my on-screen avatar, but overall it still didn't feel like a revolutionary game that it was made out to be... Tyler
^^ That's better! Â But then again, RPGs have to be judged as a whole, "first impressions" usually hold true for shooters and stuff. Also if you are a die hard RPG fan, you kinda learn to live with broken quests, bugs, NPCs acting weird etc etc etc. I agree Mass Effect is not "revolutionary", to me it's an updated version of KOTOR with fancy graphics and real time combat. But it's still one hell of a game!
reaper
me stuck on the final mission of Acecombat - 6 (expert mode) my RRoDed 360 plays but not long enough to finish the mission .... it freezes midway.
MarketTantrik
Mass Effect is a showcase for Bioware's revolutionary game dialogue engine. Fortunately for us, its also a stunning and thoroughly absorbing game. Â I resumed it yesterday after a one week hiatus and before I knew it, 4 hours had gone by.................... AND I WAS STILL IN THE CITADEL.
Tyler
^^ Tell me about it... I start the game at around 11 pm every night and before I know it's 2:00 am and I realize I have to go to office the next morning!

MarketTantrik
^^ You seriously need to play God of War 1 too in order to truly appreciate the scope of the story arc and the motivations behind Kratos's quest for revenge.
Keyofx
^^ Not to mention the extra features. They're much better than the standard fluff pieces most dvd docu's turn out to be.
