somu Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 I have bought a 46" Samsung Series 5 LCD TV back in 2009, but after 1.5 years of usage I started getting the following problem : (This is not from my TV, but it's exactly the same issue) I called customer care & they say I'm gonna have to change the panel & it's gonna set me back another 20K, since it's out of warranty. So I just want to know if any of you guys have faced this issue & what did you do to resolve it. kaka_messi Posted July 29, 2011 Report Share Posted July 29, 2011 call them again and ask for the discount. my friend had a same problem(same series samsung ) and cc told him it will cost around 22000 rs but after repeatedly calling thr cc/manager they offered him discount and told him it will cost around 12000rs.why the discount?becz company claims that the panel would work for 60000 hours and by no mean anyone can exceed that limit in 1/1.5 years. local shop par mat jaana,saale 16-17k lete hai or kaam bhi acha nahi karte.try karo discount mil jata hai to best hai Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
