Pushy Posted August 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 yup, but for desktops, u need to have the bluetooth dongle, then u can connect it wirelessly too but it won't charge ur DS3 since u ain't using USB cable. i think DS3 would work wirelessly with lappy's/Mac's that have inbuilt bluetooth (mostly do have them inbuilt), but i cannot guarantee this since i don't have lappy with me(the one's with lappy can test and post the results here). Â bluetooth dongle costs ~150 bucks (that's what i had brought some months ago for cousin), but, why spend when u everything at ur disposal ready to be utilized? As in which button on PC corresponds to which button on the controller. You don't have to follow the controller format set up the by the game. Pinnacle profiler translates the k/b controls over to your controller. You can set which button on your DS3 corresponds to a k/b command. Â For eg, you can set R1 to left mouse click, L1 to right mouse click, asdw to left analog stick etc etc... Â It is useful with games that doesn't recognize the controller. Â I mean i have configured my DS3 for my desktop as mentioned in the OP. Â Now if i want to use the same controller with the PS3. Will the DS3 work as it originally worked? But in game controllers arent working. All the drivers are installed. Â I am playing FIFA 11. Keyboard controllers are working in FIFA 11 PC but PS3 emulated to XBox 360 isnt.
