And i know games are region Lock.Let us take an example that Assassins Creed: Brotherhood is region lock.So i know PAL disc wont work on my NTSC console.But i m joining Live now by making an indian account. M$ does not decide whether to lock out a game or not. it is in the hand of the Publishers to decide whether to region lock the game or not. Â for example- According to scene releases, two copies of NFS:HP were released because the manufactured discs had only PAL/NTSC coding. there are many more exampleas too but i guess it wud solve ur doubt.
