kushalrocks Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 i saw yesterday flipkart had shrek 3d and ice age 3 3d movie dvd. with2 glasses free wanted to buy one. i dont have 3d tv . i have 2 full hd tv can play it on xbox ? will i get 3d effect ? i mean not like we get wwith ps3 or 3d in theater , but to some extent . one of my friend told u can watch some 3d movies with glasses on normal hd tv , he says he has seen avatar 3d Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You cant watch 3D movies on normal TV and get 3D effects. Also I am not sure 360 even supports 3D movies. I think 3D will be added in some future update. AtheK Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 if it is a 3D movie, you will not get a brilliant effect as in 3D tv, but still you will get a decent effect, i have a 3D movie blu ray and i have a normal full HD tv, and when i watch the 3D version it still gives me a decent effect with red and blue glasses, so your friend is correct, and all the above guys are wrong when they say you won't get any effect. I know this as I've played the GOTY ed. of Batman AA PS3 version on my regular LED TV. The Game game with 2 paper glasses.
