My advice to you 1.Play 5 at the back (Even I play 5221) 2.Dont press the x button unless absolute necessary meaning try to not attack the striker unless hes in an attacking position like crossing the ball or shooting position.Just try and defend space meaning try and hold the players position.Dont let your players commit into any tackle.Plus if u play 5 theres a good chance ur defenders will block many shots. 3.When your opponent is in a dangerous position like very close to the box use r1 . Also 90% of the pros will try and cut your defense and some will try to usefake shot,to counter both all you need to do is not commit your defender. These are 3 things that Im using and so far I have done well . Lost only 2 of 31 matches so this kind of defending works . Ask if you have any more doubts? ^that makes sense. will try it.. You will only improve by playing more.You wont improve for sleeping for a week and the getting up and you will definitely not improve by getting raped by the Ai or by beating the Ai on Professional and World Class. Adebayor can be superb is you use him well.Its not possible to disposess him with Carra only Skrtel was able to disposess him. Friedel is class one of my fav goalkeepers . hope Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 Obby Bhai,5 at the back wont work against barca,especially the lob passes will rape your defense.Get your defenders to run backwards in custom formation+get your wing players make runs towards the middle+specify a player how should he approach the game by setting the defending and attacking to either low,medium or high+plus go to custom tactics reduce the gap between your players.
