As long as PS2 games look good and have trophy support, I dont have any f**king problem. I WANT SUPERMAN RETURNS AND BATMAN BEGINS PORTED TO PS3. "It was a big decision, and we know it is a very emotive subject as lots of people think that backwards compatibility is high on the agenda and yet few really use it," he said. We're not sure how Maguire came to this conclusion, but the PS3's backwards compatibility feature is always one that we've appreciated for a long time. With Sony's commitment to a 10-year life span of its hardware and games still being published for last generation's console, it seems like an odd choice to "cut the cord" at this point. So sony have been working on this for a while now, they just finished with their QA testing in Liverpool 2 weeks ago. Here's basically what I know: No remastering, just smoothing/screen size options like PS1 emulation. Not all games are supported, shadow of memories & Hitman 2 are examples of games that just didn't work and they don't plan to try and get them to work. They also seem to be covering a huge list of games even fairly unknown games like The Seed: warzone. No button remapping options, like PS1 emulation, for now. No trophies or anything along those lines. Apart from that everything should be what people are expecting. Why would you want it for PC? Still awesome game, played it to death on PC and PSP. BTW, why would anybody want the Superman games is beyond me Both Superman games on PS2 are fairly decent and incredible for Superman fan. The flying itself is worth the price for Superman Returns. Still awesome game, played it to death on PC and PSP. ?? Played it on PC first. Loved it to the core. Bought the UMD (Chilli Con Carnage - lovely box art) for PSP. Loved it even more.
