Also, they have made tech so that lights don't fade out even when far away in the distance. Maning if theres a house up on the hill, then you will see the light however far u might be : on land or in air. The geometry will have LOD and culling but not loghts. Can't wait to see that tech in action.

Interview with Dan Houser (R* Games co-founder & Vice president)

Rockstar Games' co-founder and vice president of creativity Dan Houser has been at the eye of the storm since 1998. Despite having also given the world Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne and LA Noire, the GTA series is where his heart lies.

"If you were to love any of your children more, you'd certainly love GTA the most. Something like this takes a lot of work and effort, so you'd better be passionate about it. We take every game release very seriously. For GTA V we had to liven it up and make our lives unpleasant again"

"The single longest process is always creating the world, We spent a minimum of 100 days in Los Angeles on research trips, probably more, Out and about, all night long with weird people, strange cops showing us around, a lot of first-hand research. We spoke to FBI agents that have been undercover, experts in the Mafia, street gangsters who know the slang – we even went to see a proper prison. These poor buggers in the middle of the salt flat desert, miles away. It was eye-openingly depressing."

"LA is this embodiment of 20th-century American desires: the houses, the gardens, the tans, all slightly fake. It's the end of the western world – the suns sets and then it's tomorrow. But the industry is movies or, equally phoney, real estate. It's people trying to escape their pasts and reinvent themselves. If GTA IV was a classic New York story, this is the endpoint of the American dream."

It's platform agnostic. R* said this in an interview. Also the only reason the trailers etc. show ps3 version is because Sony and R* are in partnership together. Both the versions will be similar if not better than one another. IGN's gta online hands-on was on 360 iirc and no issues were reported.

I need more than that.

Someone should do a good compare, LoT or DF.
