After the leak, pre-order option was removed from Indian store. Right now you can't pre-order from EU/Indian PSN store. There is an option but when you click it, nothing happens and you are redirected to the search page. I think it will be back on 16th, but no one has confirmed it yet. Just checked. All my pre-ordered games like Far Cry 3, Hitman Absolution etc have been dispatched from Mumbai. So I should get it the same day.
