It seems like the whole world and their papas have gta5. Flying above LS at night in the atomic blimp is just incredible!! And atleast the early missions are very enjoyable. Did around 8-9 till now. Pretty much everything except the " I Know You " mission's third and final scenario. If you don't complete that with John , you can't with Jack. But rest assured , that final scene does count towards 100% but once you take over Jack the percentage gets added. Also , pretty sure all the side-quests will be playable after story just like GTA IV here. Remember all those missions for Jacob and Brucie which can be completed after the game ? They would have it pre-planned for a game of this grand scale , so you can chill out Not to mention the environmental and societal side quests which are usual for GTA titles that could be done at any point in the game. They are extreamely short and missable, if you miss one of them you wont be able to 100% this game. Everything else is replayable.
