It benefits a lot while playing digital games on PS3

 

One of my friends is playing digital version of GTA V on SSD......& it is quite evident

Obviously it comes down to what amount you are willing to spend for better performances

 

 

That's why PC gaming serves

 

Infact even I can go out right now & replace my old 320gb HDD with new superior 500gb faster HDD or better SDD

But not doing that

 

But saying there is no way around is another thing

See, SSDs are very costly, but it's not worth investing in it for a PS3 simply because the PS3 can't use it to its potential. Sure, performance increases in SOME games, but you are literally paying too much money for a device for not even using half of it's power.

Aircraft flying controls Airports are always fun. I just hijacked a huge plane and crashed it into a plane that was just landing

 

After which mission will I get the parachute? I am planning to do a mid air collision.

Trevor u have to get it the crop duster go to a giant plane pilot the plane then jets u then u have to bail out using a parachute

Woah people here have completed the game. I on the other hand have been mainly exploring, doing random stuff and side missions. Just had Trevor making his first appearance. So lucky no one else was in the room at that moment

I can't start one off road race. I can see it on the map, but when I reach the destination the race icon disappears :|

 

Any solutions?

that race can only be done betweeb 22:00 to 3:00 so just try to reacg that icon in time. The icon dissapears if you dont reach the race during that time. Just sleep for a while and leave your house at 22:00 and dont take a cab. thats what i did

Btw just like that race a ton of side missions have their own timings as well. So its best to just drive to that icon youself if its there on your map as using a cab skips time.

 

It may dissapear even if your driving yourself but then at least you will know exactly at what time the icon disappeared

 

And i collected all spaceparts yesterday, damn, it took a lot longer than expected. There's 4 more type of collectibles still to go. Don't think that ill be able to completely finish the sp 100% by Tuesday will have time only on Sunday now..

and timings se yaad aaya, ank you found that border patrol mission yet ? Try sleeping 4 times in a row Trevor and look for the icon after each time you sleep. Thats what i used to do to make sure that I've done all aide missions before starting a story. That char dial helps a lot. Just hold down d pad button and you will see the number of missions for every char

How easy do you guys find it to escape from the police, I find it very hard at anything above 2 stars

 

Just drive away really fast, hit a low fence and get thrown into the next area. Police will be confused as hell.

Its infact easy even with 4 stars on GTA 4 it was almost like impossible but here its better

With lousy vehicles, I often take sometime to dodge the cops. But with a good one, you can loose them quite easily. What I find really annoying is that no matter how well hidden you are, if you fall under their "range of detection" meter, they are back on your trail.

yeah, even i feel dodging cops in this game is quite easy, even on four stars .... just don't be on foot (cops will take you down with just 2 bullets), be always in a vehicle and keep taking u turns / go across fences/barrages or fall from high points (like driving down a flyover / hill )....they will just keep circling above and stop after a while ! Its even more easier if you are playing as franklin, due to his special ability. I think frankling has the coolest special ability .... i'm not yet sure what's mike's special ability is .... trevors i find hardly useful !

Franklin's ability is only useful in free roam. Trevor and Mike have better abilities if your on a mission Mike's ability slows down time while shooting btw.

really ? I keep pressing l3+r3 and nothing happens .... trevor's abilities are useful in rampage missions though .... that dude is as crazy as anyone can be i guess ....

I was hidden behind walls or in bushes even when I was in their range of detection many times. However when at 3+ stars, they become more aware and climb etc to improve their line of sight.
