Its better to just get the best one directly, if that 200k one is gonna be enough for you only then get it now. Abhi vo leke baad mai 400k loge toh you will lose 150k+ for sure. Richard Majestic is much better coz you can see other players below your apartment whereas 400K one is far away in Rockford Hills...You don't see many players there.....Also all shops are quite far from 400k apartment.... The cap is rumored to be around rank 999, but then again there is no solid evidence to prove this yet.
