Finally I think they delayed the heists deliberately for next gen, maybe they did knew about new consoles going to come out soon and make a remastered version with some good reasons like heists, FPS, graphic upgrade for more sales. They are saying the delay is due to the fact that implementing heists turned out to be a lot more difficult than they thought it would be. Need to figure out again how to transfer the patch from laptop to PS3...it hasnt worked well in the recent times. Well, I might be stating the obvious here but- keep taking turns as much as possible. Trying to simply outrun the cops is difficult with those SUVs. Also, look for alleyways/'under the bridge' type locations etc. to hide at, once you manage to get out of their line of sight.
