That problem will continue to exist as long as nVidia forces /cosmetic features/ exclusive to their hardware on developers themselves. Despite their constant salt over consoles this generation, nVidia has been trying to console-ize the PC platform which is not going to happen. Like ever.

Yeah! It is nVidia / AMD that push for implementing these features but ideally the developers themselves should quash such ideas.

Even then, that still isn't no reason why their base game is unoptimized. *looking at you Ubisoft*

They need to start giving a damn about the PC first, then spend more time developing the game instead of the E3, tease, graphical showcase and launch trailers.

Devs who have total control over the development would, but the higher ups who are in control probably partner with vendors. These higher ups have 0 interest outside of making the most out of their customers.

Ubisoft on the other hand needs new management and better company ethics. >__>

Yeah also FC4/Splinter Cell Blacklist/Groung Zero/Dying Light worked great for me too.

It will be wrong to think before the game get released that becoz of Nvida Gamework game will be unoptimised, Ground Zero and Blacklist is the clear example.

What issues did you face in Watch Dogs?

Game gives me same FPS no matter what setting i choose still ran decent on my system.

Blacklist ran on unreal engine 2.5 which run butter smooth :P . But yeah Ground Zeroes is one of the best optimized game . I think Anvil/Dunia engine is more to be blamed for the unoptimized version of Ubisoft games .

WTF Dunia engine is great.. Farcry games use Dunia engine not AC...FC4 runs great without any issues... :slap:

Anvil - AC games and Rainbow Six Seige?

Disrupt - Watch Dogs

Snowdrop - The Division

Dunia - Farcry games

If FC4 runs like crap on your PC then it's time for you to upgrade :P

I think it was using Ubisoft's own Lead engine not UE 2.5?

How many of you are getting PC version?

Only few are getting it...Most of the members here bought it for consoles..

I hope game is properly optimized for PC...You guys will not enjoy GTA Online if frame-rate is all over the place...:P
