This worked in 2008 but it's a different ball game now. Very few 3rd party pubs back then who could give the tiniest sh*t about PC gaming but the market is considerably bigger now for them to avoid since 2010. Also, traditionally GTA games ALWAYS release on PC post a year of tenure on consoles. This game's taking a bit too long, sure, but the reasons are obvious. R*'s pretty much in the "better safe than sorry" camp in regards to the MP launch being a clusterf**k on both the lastgen machines. Add the PC demographic being a hostile bunch in here and it's just more unwanted bad PR. Even though this delay, I always LMAO at the petitions started begging for console ports of GTA games, when R*'s like "Guys, STAHP worrying about the release.
