AMD cards are total sh*t...No wonder AMD is not making any profit.

I blame AMD for all the issues not Rockstar coz game runs super smooth on Nvidia cards....Both S.P and Online works great without any issues....

Is this your steam id?

Problem is in laptops (notebook driver problem) and nvidia users also reported.

Steam id : vaibha

Game is running at 60 FPS on foot even though a lot of stuff is happening, but drops down to 45 FPS when driving. Any fix for it?

Reduce Population variety slider and MSAA...

Are you using TXAA as well ? I turned it ON by mistake and that sh*t almost destroyed my poor 760 :|

thanks for posting it...

using existing AMD drivers (14.5) on Radeon HD 7870...ran benchmark on most settings set to high with textures at high...was getting mostly 50-60 fps but in some areas it dropped to 30.

Also by setting Textures to High i have nearly used up the GPU video memory..so reduced "population variety" to make up for high textures so that i dont run out of video memory!

I have forgotten if own a HD 7870 or a HD 7850 - does anyone know how to check which one ? - device manager and other methods have failed to identify if it is a 7850 or 7870---it just shows "7800 series"!

My specs - AMD FX 8320 - Radeon HD 7870 or 7850 - 8 gb ram

Also install was butter soomth but took me 4 hours - 2.5 hours to install and around an hour and half for the 5 gb update.

Suggest which settings to lower or raise or turn ON!! (i doubt if game will run smooth beyond high!)

Also accepted all ur friend requests!
