Yes.Have you encountered this issue? basically, 1)while driving detailed textures appear on buildings just as you're passing through them.same for shadows 2)while walking grass pops in around 1-2 mtrs from where im walking,shadows switch from low res to high res 3)while flying grass and other shrubbery appears just as im flying over terrain just want to know wheter this is normal or is my gpu going bad Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No need to worry I think. ive notcied on PS4,but still what is a PS4 compared to i5 4690k and GTX 970? 30 FPS and the stuff popping in were the only issues with ps4 version. i used to always thing all these LOD draw distance issues used to be with low spec systems Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Agent 47 Posted August 29, 2015 Report Share Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) You aren't the only one..Many people have complained about it on various forums mostly with all new releases..Most of them are blaming the card plus the game is pretty demanding as well...switch your AA to FXAA.. Taking full advantage of the latest generation of consoles and PC hardware, there are no menus, lobbies, or load times – just an open Freemode session filled with Friends, Crewmates, rivals, and randoms where spontaneous and chaotic new games and challenges will appear. One of these events can kick off at any given moment while in Freemode, and you can customize your session to decide exactly which ones will happen – so you can play as much or as little of this new content as you like. With countless variations on each Freemode Event, there are tons of unique new experiences, each offering new opportunities for reaping GTA$ and RP in GTA Online. Feeling locked and stocked? Look out for King of the Castle – an every man for himself turf war where you’ll need to ascend and claim the designated ‘castle’ as your territory – and then fend off everyone else as they go all out to dethrone you. Form fragile alliances and work together in modes like Hunt the Beast, where one volunteer is temporarily transformed into a faster, stronger, beastly character who must escape relentless pursuers. Yup..They are saying last gen doesn't have enough memory to handle all this in freeroam mode These modes will not have any loadtimes or lobby...You can trigger it anytime during freeroam mode.
