He's a graphics programmer and he says it looks much better than the console versions. He mentioned he had to dumb down certain particle effects for the consoles which work just fine on the PC. It's not going to release alongside the console versions though. Also, he said this time the lead development platform is the PS3. Then, Rockstar will work on PC version for 6-12 by adding PC features and stuff..Then release it..At that time, again 40-50% of console users will buy PC version (IT"S GTA) and play.
