He's not gonna go to everyone's place and remove mods/boosters/kickbacks. You might be under an impression of having rules to blacklist people for future tourney and all. But that's ridiculous. That's not the point of having friendly tourney. I'm certain Viper would have removed them if anyone had noticed it during the match, and match would have restarted. But why would he think that server would disable it is beyond my understanding. If we had an option to disable it, why would we request people to check settings before starting the match. Anyways three teams have made it to the finals. Lets end this thread tonight!! And may the best team wins. And make it a rule that any sneaky stuff will lead to straight disqualification!!!!
