Ne0 Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 (edited) quite late to the party i guess , got the game today while shopping with wifey, played for around like 30 mins or so .... amazing gfx ... can't expect anything less from ND I guess one quick question though, based on the theme of the game, is it extremely gory later on ? my ps3/tv is in the living room and my kid keeps wandering by , hope its not too bad to be played with a family around ? Brutality, gore and language used in this game are NOT to be shown to kids or wife.. (Compared to Dead Space/Bioshock/GoW/few others..) If he (@Neo) has seen the intial killings and brutality... the later part of the game is also same with bit more gorier. The only part is which he couldn't take might be Ellie's one on one fight in the later Winter . That part better don't show to your kids and also wife. OT:- Finally after intial fear, Done with the Multiplayer.. and I might say I enjoyed it alot. Though tiring to finish both Firefly/Hunter journey for the full 12 Weeks (I don't like skipping/leaving Games) I still had 65 Survivors left after week 12. One Tip helped me:- Saved all the easier challenges (Healing/Marking/Downs) for later weeks which have 100% threat to Clan Population. Now it will be an easy peesy Platinum.... I can take my time and finish this Game. Truly a Generation Defining Game... But that said. IMHO... I Still rate... Bioshock/ME2/UC2/RDR > TLoU. This Game will be in my Top 10 for sure. Ne0 Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 (edited) ^^ Ah, thanks for that, i can handle the gore (played all the other games u listed), i just don't want my kid to get nighmares now i think i'm in that level 'outside' .... going full on stealth .... nothing gory so far , maybe coz i've not yet come across the infected .... the atmosphere in the game is terrific .... it had been atleast a couple of months since i played / enjoyed a video game I can't really wait for what ND has in store for PS4 ....
