It would also help if all squad leaders discuss right now (group PM on IVG) and see if their choices of squad mates can be finalised here itself. First Only 4 Leaders Join the server and each will join a Squad. After that LvL4 players join the server and choose their respecting squad leaders. After them..then lvl 3 and then lvl 2 will join. -------- This should be done in less than 2 mins. Noone will friendly fire or shoot people or even move from their spawm points. If its good idea...just post your views on this idea. All should be in 2 chat room. One chat room will be public where all tourney members chat. Another chat room will be only to their Squad. Good idea. Just developing a bit further: 1. squad leader join one by one. If its sqdm then they will end up in different squads (which is the intended result). 2. Squad leader send invite to one of the team member. This team member will then join. Then second squad leader sends invite to its team member and so on. This way the joining team member will end up in the right squad and there will be no need to switch teams. 3. Firangis will join by that time... When the first squad joins the server , ONE PLAYER will get switched to another squad, so that makes two jumble up teams. But the other two squads will be intact. This is the only problem. However, joining the same server at the EXACT TIME may be the solution. I think we should have a practice match tomorrow, just to test it out?
