SRINI87
Team Meat have announced via tweet that they’re working on Super Meat Boy 2, and that the first game has sold over a million copies. And just when you thought your thumbs had healed, Team Meat have announced they are working on the sequel to their brutally difficult platformer Super Meat Boy. They announced the sequel via tweet along with a string of other news: the first game has sold over a million copies, going platinum in since its release in 2010. The game featured in this year’s Steam Christmas sale as one of the Great Gift Pile achievements, as well as the Christmas Humble Indie Bundle, both of which will have helped give the game its final push to pass a million sales. The tweet also re-iterated “SMB will never be on PS3″, due to a permanent exclusivity deal with Microsoft and Nintendo. src;beefjack
Right
Update: This story originally erroneously claimed that Team Meat’s new game was to be Super Meat Boy 2. However, no information about the new title has been confirmed; we misinterpreted the text on the Twitter account. BeefJack apologises wholeheartedly to Team Meat for any inaccuracies, and to our readers for any confusion.

Aftrunner
I thought they were working on a completely new game and were done with the SMB thing for a while. Would be phenomenal if this was true. SMB is one of the best games of this gen.
