Man In The Box Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 We should have an IPL style auction where 2 captains (Rad and Azaan) get fixed wallet of 15 Million points. They should buy 5-6 players each with bids. Starting Bid for each player will be based on their tier. Once, the teams have been made, they should compete with each other for 7 days. After that, the team that has won the most games in these 7 days is the overall winner. The losing captain is reduced to a squad member and a new captain is selected to challenge the winning captain. The auction process will occur once every week. Tiers will be re-arranged based on player performances. Just an idea Tier 3 (Starting Price 500K): Roshan Sunny Dan Mosa Tier 2 (Starting Price 1M) Freak Rock Tarun Avi Tier 1 (Starting Price 2M) Dharmin San Ashish Glad Captains can choose either 6 players with their kitty or just go all out for a 4 man powerhouse. Rules: 1]If Azaan wants Rom and he bids for him, the bidding starts at 500K. If Rad bids, the amount increases by 250K. Thus, the price of Rom is now 750K. If Azaan bids again, price goes up by 250K again and so on and so forth. Hence, the amount that increases after every bid for a Tier 3 player is 250K. 2] For a Tier 2, Player, amount increases by 500K 3] For a Tier 1 Player, Amount increases by 1M Benefit of 4 man powerhouse: You can bid more and get really good players in. Disadvantage of 4 man powerhouse: If 1 or more players are not available, you play with 3 or less. Benefit of 6 man squad: No issues if 1-2 dont show up.
