Twice for rrod and once because they damaged the console in transit. It usually take 2 - 4 days for them to pick it up and then another 2 - 4 days to send a replacement. First time around, i had the bill so it wasn't a problem. 2nd and the 3rd time, they did not ask me for the bill and just changed it. I am impressed. IMHO, this sort of servicing makes a big difference. Who cares about the rrod and other issues as long as you have support. Anyone have any issues with PS3? What's their customer support like?
