XBOX Customer Support Experiences

MS customer support for xbox is great. I have changed my console 3 times. Twice for rrod and once because they damaged the console in transit. It usually take 2 - 4 days for them to pick it up and then another 2 - 4 days to send a replacement. First time around, i had the bill so it wasn't a problem. 2nd and the 3rd time, they did not ask me for the bill and just changed it. I am impressed. :(

 

IMHO, this sort of servicing makes a big difference. Who cares about the rrod and other issues as long as you have support.

 

Anyone have any issues with PS3? What's their customer support like?

They'll check up on your warranty over the phone. They'll also send a courier guy with the replacement console. All you have to do is unplug your old box and give it to him.
